  The MacDonalds at Kelso is the worst MacDonalds I HAVE EVER been to, it was filthy every table either had rubbish on it or it was covered in food. The young girl serving had no enthusiasm about providing good customer service she looked like she was just filling in her Sunday afternoon and collecting a pay check while being so unimpressed. We waited 15 minutes for two medium meals, a frozen Fanta and a chicken and cheese burger. When we asked how much longer our order would be, we were yelled at and told “ we are waiting in chicken”. When we eventually got our meals the chips were cold and the meal wasn’t very enjoyable.. I will no be back to the Kelso Store any time soon.

  Its a good clean Maccas with decent staff so you get a good meal and fairly quick

  Unlike their Bathurst counterpart, this outlet is yet to serve me a live cockroach in a Big Mac... cleanliness level - acceptable

  Girls on drive through need to be trained in customer service skills. We had two orders for our car but they only gave one out whilst our frappe was just chilling in the sun in drivethrough melting away. Honestly I would have driven to bathurst.
